Dr. Abhishek Desai
Dr. Abhishek Desai earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, following his undergraduate studies at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. In March 2023, he became the owner of Desai Dental Care, where he continues to build a practice grounded in trust, transparency, and exceptional patient care.
For Dr. Desai, one of the most rewarding parts of dentistry is helping patients get out of pain quickly and effectively. He takes pride in walking patients through all available treatment options, supporting them in making informed decisions, and delivering results they can feel confident about. Above all, he values the trust his patients place in him and works hard to honor it at every visit.
Dr. Desai is equally proud of the team he has built at Desai Dental Care. Their clinical skill and expertise are matched by genuine care and compassion for every patient they see. The atmosphere goes beyond a typical workplace: team members encourage one another to grow and improve, creating an environment that is the foundation for the care you experience here.
Outside the office, Dr. Desai enjoys golf, home improvement projects, traveling, and playing guitar. He is also passionate about weightlifting and running, a combination that keeps him energized and ready to bring his best to every patient, every day.
Stacy Baumeister
Registered Dental Hygienist
Stacy Baumeister, RDH, brings nearly four decades of dental hygiene experience to our team at Desai Dental Care. A graduate of Temple University, Stacy joined our practice in 2018 and has been delivering exceptional preventive care ever since. Her focus is on thorough cleanings, patient education, and helping each person achieve a healthy smile they can maintain for life.
What drives Stacy most is seeing patients turn their oral health around. Watching someone move from years of dental struggles to their healthiest smile yet is what she finds most rewarding about her work. That dedication and genuine care come through in every appointment.
Outside the office, Stacy stays active with golf and biking, and loves spending time with her family and dogs. She also has a creative side, you might find her transforming thrift store finds into something entirely new. And if you ever get the chance to try her award-winning baked potato soup, consider yourself lucky.
Sabrina Retalis
Business Coordinator
Sabrina Retalis brings a strong clinical background to her role as Business Coordinator at Desai Dental Care. She completed her dental assisting training at Bucks County Technical School and went on to earn her expanded functions dental assisting certification from Manor College. She has also received advanced training in cosmetic and restorative dentistry at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco.
Sabrina holds an x-ray license in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a certified dental assistant in both states. She is also an expanded functions dental assistant (EFDA) in Pennsylvania and a registered dental assistant (RDA) in New Jersey. Today, she channels that clinical expertise into her work at the front desk, where she helps patients navigate their financial and insurance questions with confidence and care.
When she is not in the office, Sabrina and her husband enjoy exploring the outdoors, traveling, and spending time on the water.
